This C-level / SVP of Sales role is for ITS, Security, Access Control & Parking Industries.
As COO/SVP of ITS, Security, Access Control & Parking Industries, you will be responsible for creating strategies and developing opportunities for bringing new customers and maintain current partnerships
Job Type: ITS, Security, Access Control & Parking Industries Business Development and Sales, Channel Management
Job Responsibilities: Promoting sales to the ITS, Security, Access Control & Parking Industries by:
- Selecting, hiring and firing, training and managing sales personal.
- Developing new business
- Identifying and developing relationships with technology partners and distributors.
- Identifying and developing relationships with integrators.
- Defining the vision and goals.
- Determining the criteria for selecting and evaluating opportunities.
- Creating strategies for attracting new customers and partnerships.
- Knowledge and industry experience in one of the following:
- Security and/or Access Control & Paid Parking industries
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
- Tolling Industry
- Strong communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation
- Driven, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and results focused
- Must have passion for sales and sales management
