Our client, a major bank in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a Project Coordinator/Manager Consultant.

3 months initial contract with possibility for extensions and option to hire.
Currently 100% remote, but will require to come to the office couple of days post Covid.

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and Monitoring CPMO Policy and Procedures ensuring appropriate project management governance are in place across major AITD initiatives as part of the budgeting process.
  • On a daily basis, work with Project managers to obtain budget approval for individual projects
  • Handle, controlling and creating IT Investment budget related report with coordination of AITD PMs.
  • On a Daily basis, Document and Control the Change Request process, by: Assigning requests for change to the proper IT Teams (Change Owners), Collaborating with Business Users (Change Requestors) and Change owners to clarify the change requests details, etc.
  • Sub-Coordinator of the Project Review Board
