ERP Change Management & Enablement Manager General Summary The ERP Change Management & Enablement Manager is responsible for the lead change management strategy, user training development, and deployment readiness activities for each ERP migration wave. This role ensures business users are prepared, confident, and productive in the new system, minimizing disruption and post–go-live stabilization efforts. This position supports the Wholesale business.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute ERP change management strategies for divisional deployments
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness planning
Design and maintain standardized, role-based M3 CloudSuite training materials
Coordinate and deliver training sessions and learning programs
Build and manage divisional super-user networks
Lead communication plans to support adoption and engagement
Measure training effectiveness and user adoption metrics
Support go-live activities and post–go-live user stabilization
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Skills:
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in change management, training, or ERP enablement roles
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly training
Experience in ERP implementations, preferably Infor M3 preferred
Retail, Fashion or consumer products industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
