One of our clients, a major electronics manufacturer is looking for a talentedSAP ERP Manager (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
Contract to hire position (C2H) with FT role option in about 3 months.
Initial rate $85/h on W2, C2C is also an option.
Permanent position will be with base salary range up to 160K+ plus bonus and great benefits package.
Location: Huntington (Long Island) area - hybrid commute (4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week)

Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the discrete manufacturing sector, preferably in the high-tech industry.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Global project management experience, including working with cross-cultural teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and financial operations.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
PMP or other project management certifications are desirable.

Oversee the implementation of SAP ERP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, FI/CO) for discrete manufacturing processes.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, PLM, CRM).
Continuously optimize SAP configurations to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance data accuracy.
Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Standardize and streamline GLOBAL manufacturing processes using SAP best practices.
Lead the GLOBAL SAP team, including functional and technical consultants, to ensure successful delivery of projects and support.
Oversee the implementation of SAP ERP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, FI/CO) for discrete manufacturing processes.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, PLM, CRM).
Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Manage end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Oversee the SAP support team to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in SAP systems.
Maintain system documentation and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
