Administrative Assistant Japanese

Our client, a major bank in Jersey City, NJ, is looking for Administrative Assistant who is fluent in English and Japanese.

Initial 6+ months contract with possibility for extensions.
Hybrid commute to Jersey City, NJ Office, sometimes to NYC Office.

  • Registration and maintenance of information regarding Consultants hired by Head Office or Head Office affiliates, including collection and safekeeping of audit trail documentation such as copy of the executed contracts, side letters,
  • Initiate purchases orders on the Document Workflow Management System 
  • Support day-to-day tasks of the project as directed by the project managements, such as setting up internal meetings, etc.
  • Support any administrative task for application on-boarding process
  • Support any administrative task for vendor contract on-boarding process, including Third Party Risk Management process
  1. Bachelor’s degree is required (Note: The degree from US institutions is preferable)
  2. 2+ years of hands on administrative support experiences
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. Other applications in Microsoft Office Suite, such as Access, Visio, Project is preferable
  4. Good communication skills in written and verbal in both English and Japanese (Note: College-level written communications are required)
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow directions
  6. Attention to details
