Customer Success Technical Accounts Director

One of our client, rapidly growing leading Media SaaS Company, looking for talented
Customer Success / Technical Accounts/Sales Director.  100% Remote.

This is permanent role with great compensation package, benefits and stock options.

We are searching for exceptional people to take a position as a member of our fast growing
Account Management team that helps company’s Streaming TV, OTT and FAST customers to fully utilize their products and services.

This role's primary responsibility is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of company’s value with the main objective to drive additional revenue within assigned accounts.Ideal candidates should have previous experiences in technical but customer-facing roles like Solution/Sales Engineer, Customer Engagement Engineer, Technical Account manager with the passion and self drive to develop his/her career into Sales / Account Executive track.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive retention and growth among our most valuable Media / Digital First customers
Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends,and identifying opportunities for both tactical and strategic projects
Proactively solve problems for the customers with a sense of urgency to bring things to a quick resolution.
Manage pipeline, forecasting and over deliver on the sales quota
Provide feedback to the internal teams regarding the product and service improvement
Become a Streaming TV | OTT | FAST and Content distribution expert and an industry advisor

Qualifications:
 
  • 15+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within Internet Publishing, Media & Entertainment, Broadcast, Streaming TV, OTT or similar industries
  • Experience in technical sales with proven sales quota delivery is a big plus
  • Previous experiences in technical but customer-facing roles like Solution/Sales Engineer, Customer Engagement Engineer, Technical Account manager
  • Technical background with understanding of digital workflows, video streaming management, distribution, analytics and monetization
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while driving engagement and up-sells
  • Ability to understand client business strategy, goals and initiatives to translate these into company’s selling opportunities.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must.
  • Track of exceeding revenue goals is a plus
