Our client, a major bank in Iselin, NJ is looking for Scrum Master with SQL skills, with banking or financial experience.
Hybrid commute 2 day from office, 3 days remote.

This is 6+ months contract with possible extensions or option to hire.
** Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in US   - NO H1 Visa support for this role

Scrum Master

To manage several software development teams.
Must be proficient writing code in SQL and / or other languages.
Previous experience working in Investment Banking and Capital Markets is required

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Basic functions of Scrum Master: Sprint planning, daily scrums, grooming of backlog, retrospectives, managing burn downs, etc.
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Maintain RAID log for teams under management
• Work with project team to convey status reports
• Ability to multitask several ongoing issues. This involves the ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are required
• Effective presentation skills
• Familiar with common development practices and the SDLC
