Requirements
 

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Experience with the Retail or Wholesale industries, B2B or B2C
• Data visualization experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo
• Expert in SQL querying, relational databases, data warehouses, OLAP and OLTP databases.
• Ability to use big data systems such as HADOOP.
• Ability to communicate insights from complex data sets.
• Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
 

• Work closely with companies clients to implement solutions to facilitate their ability to deliver high quality data.  
• Derive actionable insights from data to inform leadership and drive improvements in company’s data quality.
• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics that expose issues and validate results. 
• Interact with company’s development teams and clients. 
• Subject Matter Expert when comes to vast data assets and data sources
• Design data profiling\trending and similar checks for data quality and consistency.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data reviews.
• Document and design automated checks to ensure data quality.
• Work with product, engineering and data science and departments to institute processes for data validation and quality.
• Identify trend breaks and other data quality issues.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify issues and opportunities to improve data.
• Provide ad-hoc data, analytics, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
