Sofware Engineer Murex
New York, NY · Information TechnologyOur client, a major bank in NYC or Iselin, NJ, is looking for Software Engineer Support MX.3 Murex.
Initial 6 months contract with possible extensions or option to hire.
Hybrid commute (1-2 days per week on-site), possible remote if out of NYC Area.
Rate: $90-104/h on W2. C2C is also an option.
Developer position (1-3 years of experience) is also available, rate starting with $35/h on W2 DOE.

Responsible for support activities for Murex DEV and TEST environments (Refreshes, Debugging, BAU tasks)Major Responsibilities and Skills:
- Unix/Linux Knowledge (RedHat preferred)
- Shell/Bash Scripting, Python is optional
- Relational Database and SQL Knowledge (Sybase preferred)
- MX.3 Environments Management/Deployment/Monitoring (L1/L2 Support)
- MX.3 Technical Architecture Knowledge
- Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science
Required:
- Shell/Bash Scripting, Python is optional
- Relational Database and SQL Knowledge (Sybase preferred)
- MX.3 Environments Management/Deployment/Monitoring (L1/L2 Support)
- MX.3 Technical Architecture Knowledge
- Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science

- SHELL SCRIPTING
