DATA ANALYST

One of our clients, a Global Market Research Company, is looking for a talented Data Analyst

Requirements

4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
Experience with the Retail or Wholesale industries, B2B or B2C
Data visualization experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo
Expert in SQL querying, relational databases, data warehouses, OLAP and OLTP databases.
Ability to use big data systems such as HADOOP.
Ability to communicate insights from complex data sets.
Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Work closely with companies clients to implement solutions to facilitate their ability to deliver high quality data.
Derive actionable insights from data to inform leadership and drive improvements in company’s data quality.
Build and maintain dashboards and metrics that expose issues and validate results.
Interact with company’s development teams and clients.
Subject Matter Expert when comes to vast data assets and data sources
Design data profiling\trending and similar checks for data quality and consistency.
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data reviews.
Document and design automated checks to ensure data quality.
Work with product, engineering and data science and departments to institute processes for data validation and quality.
Identify trend breaks and other data quality issues.
Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify issues and opportunities to improve data.
Provide ad-hoc data, analytics, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
